Ashiatsu

 A deep oil massage, done on the massage table. The practitioner massages the client with her feet using an overhead support system to control her bodyweight. The soft surface of the foot contours comfortably with the body allowing the therapist to deliver powerful, effective treatments that make deeper work more relaxing for the client. Slow, gliding effleurage is combined with deep compression, cross fiber and acupressure techniques. Utilizing bars attached to the ceiling over the table provides balance and allows the therapist complete control of pressure and the ability to  work from all angles.
